Relaxation is a natural part of a successful conference or training. Fresh air, physical activity or an unusual in-door activity clears the mind and enhances creativity. Kämpasten provides several different activities depending on interest, season and weather.
The surrounding nature offers pleasant walking trails, a sauna by the lake and a jetty from which to swim. You can borrow poles for Nordic walking and bicycles. Approx. 1 kilometer from Kämpasten is an illuminated running trail. During the summer period, you can go rowing or canoeing on lake Mälaren. If you want to play soccer or badminton outdoors, we have the necessary equipment.
In Balders Hage, we have instructor-led aerobic sessions several days a week. In the same building you can also find some training equipment for individual use and sauna. From August 2018 we also offer the opportunity to use our outdoor gym.
If you would like to book an arranged activity to stimulate both your body and mind, there is a lot to choose from. Below you will find some examples. Please contact us for further information and more detailed descriptions of the activity that suits you best.

- Activities stimulating physical exercise or relaxation.
- A guided tour in Sigtuna with different themes and length. Sigtuna, founded in year 970, was Sweden’s first capital.
