Price list
We would like Kämpasten to be openly available for all our guests. Therefore, most of what you need for a successful conference is therefore in our prices. For example, we offer free access to wireless Internet, dedicated audio-visual equipment, copying service, work-out sessions and sauna. If you get thirsty or need some extra energy; beverages, fruit and chocolate will be served at no additional cost.
Prices for full board, individual meals and conference premises can be found below. All prices are exclusive of VAT (accommodation and food 12 %, rent for premises 25 %). Prices apply from January 1, 2012 and until further notice. We reserve the right to changes.

Full board includes accommodation in a single room, breakfast buffet, morning and afternoon coffee and tea with cake and fruit, lunch buffet with salad and a hot meal, and a three course dinner buffet. Beverages (water, low-alcohol beer, milk etc.), coffee and candies are included for both lunch and dinner.

Dedicated technology such as LCD screens, DVD, TV, video, CD and a sound system is included in the conference rooms. Throughout the center, including conference rooms and guestrooms, you have free access to wireless Internet. In five of our group rooms, we have fixed LCD screens for computer presentations. In the other rooms, we can arrange a portable LCD projector. The group rooms could be equipped with dedicated computers and printers. Customary equipment such as note pads, pens, flipcharts, white boards and overheads are also included. If you need administrative support in conjunction with a meeting held in the larger rooms, this is also included in the price for the conference rooms.
We have equipment for video and telephone conferences. Contact us for booking. Other technical equipment can be rented upon request.
Cancellation policy
The whole conference can be cancelled without charge up to 4 weeks prior to the start of the conference. Between 4-2 weeks prior to the start of the conference, 75% of the total cost will be charged. Cancellation with less than 2 weeks notice will be charged in full.
Individual meals can be cancelled up until 3 working days prior to the start of the conference.
